After installing the new update, ver 798, and launching it successfully, I found one of the rfmod files will not verify, when I try to install it. Does this mod need to be recreated with the new version of rFactor 2 ? It ran fine with 770.
I figured it out, but I don't know why I had to do these steps. The version of the mod I backed up prior to installing 798 would not verify. I fell back to the same file I backed up prior to installing ver 770 of rFactor 2 and it worked just fine. It's the same file with the same size and date stamp. One was backed up to my desktop ( the one that ended up working ) and the other was backed up to an external HD ( which was the one that would not verify. ) I'm darn glad I had the desktop version. I was about to FTP into my server and download that copy.
