used steering wheels?

Is there such a thing as an inexpensive steering wheel that works with both Windows 10 and Rfactor2?

If so, if someone has the above for sale OR knows where I can find a cheap one?

Reason I ask is I am disabled and have a fixed income. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey man,
It all depends on what you want, good FFB and stuff.
I for myself used a Logitech Driving Force GT. It is still in very good shape. It is the best wheel to start with, at least of those I touched on.
