update vMod

Hi

is there a possibility to update a vMod and deleting the old vMod on client side at the same time?

e.g. : I´ve got "vMod v1.0" and will update to "vMod v1.1". Everything with the update works fine, but the "vMod v1.0" and the "old" data files stays at the client pc. If the client uninstalls the vMod, the vMod and the old data files will be removed. Nice, that´s the plan. Is here somehow the possibility that with the update from the vMod the old vMod will be removed by itself / automatically?

When installing a new version of a component it will automatically uninstall the older version of the component assuming the component name doesn't change. The vmods however don't work this way. People will have to manually uninstall the old vmods from time to time.
