Hi guys,

This build will not be our release, there's likely to be another unstable. It's a unstable build which we would like tested mostly to ensure the launcher works.

Please make individual threads for each issue. Please focus on the specific issues from 590 if you can.

Don't hesitate to let us know about things you think/know we already know about (let the devs decide what they can/can't fix/alter now/later).

You can post screens from this build in public, mention it, etc, but please don't confuse people or share it with them directly (see below how to share it).

Feel welcome to test this with your league, but be aware of the confusion that might be caused using this as an official release. Do your league members know how to make fresh installs, etc, if this build caused issues with the next public release? Your league members would also need to be involved HERE and post issues HERE (through league admin if easier).

You should NOT share a link to it anywhere else. Send them to the Dev Corner and tell them to scroll down.

I dont understand why you dont use torrents anymore? If you did, i would seed whatever you release 24/7 on my 100mbit line (as I already do with the community BT sync), anyway downloading now :-)

Hi Tim,

I don't see any mention of the night lighting issues, is that in this build or coming later?

"Added texture sharpening option to plr file allow mip lod bias adjustments"
Is this an attempt to get rid of the aliasing issues? :D

Had no issues with this build. I have a few questions tho.
Were there any changes to the FFB or the tire model? I am pretty sure the skip didn't feel like it does now. At least with the G27. It feels really damn good now.

Also, I like how the rain spray changes it's "tail" now but I think there could be more spray seriously.
Nice to see the tire smoke back when locking up again.

Still hard to run with any AI on track. Almost impossible TBH for my PC with the settings I used to have. On the other hand a light increase in FPS when alone on track again.

Good stuff so far.

A new method was introduced for FFB with the kart... I don't know if older cars could actually use it, but it was supposed to make things way more realistic.

I am still suffering the same crash to desktop when selecting vehicles.

This is the only issue I have noticed by now.

Here as well. Did a partial race on Lime Rock with the vette, ended it to switch to the Civic, and got a CTD when entering the car-selection menu.

Hmmm, not sure, but everything seems to have been made extra grippy....not just the skippy. I just blew my best lap at monte carlo away easily in the Jack Bull Eve F2 on first go.

Not sure if there was a grip increase thing.
To me it feels more like the tire model was changed. As there is more flex in the tires and the contact patch is just bigger. Haven't had enough time with it though.

What ever it is it feels really good to me. I just hopped in the 370z which I haven't driven for a long while and I didn't really like this car but now it seems to be just awesome.
