Hi folks,

Please make individual threads for each issue. Please focus on the specific issues from 494-589 if you can.

Don't hesitate to let us know about things you think/know we already know about (let the devs decide what they can/can't fix/alter now/later).

You can post screens from this build in public, mention it, etc, but please don't confuse people or share it with them directly (see below how to share it).

Feel welcome to test this with your league, but be aware of the confusion that might be caused using this as an official release. Do your league members know how to make fresh installs, etc, if this build caused issues with the next public release? Your league members would also need to be involved HERE and post issues HERE (through league admin if easier).

I had a CTD with 590, our Release candidate, when switching cars in a server, but nobody else did. My crash reported an nVidia dll and I do have old drivers installed due to a recent format. If any of you are able to get a CTD when switching car please let us know. Essentially this consists of joining a server with maybe number 5, clicking to change car in the server, and selecting a different number to rejoin with. I crashed the second time, when I clicked to go back to the server after selecting.

That's the only issue I had with this build, and I'm the only person who had it.

All good so far. Downloaded all content from TC and OW test servers successfully and no join/re-join problems.
 
I thought I'd get into this unstable build testing business too... So far no problems!
I joined the test servers with no problems at all.
I couldn't switch cars though after I'd joined the server? The "change car" button was just greyed out for some reason.
I'll just try again later, maybe also with some other people running.
 
Everything is working fine here! Just two things that I've noticed:

1. Smoke and dust still doesn't appear in replay.
2. Custom skin tansfer don't seem to work. At least not in the two "TEST 589" servers the custom skins download failed.

Also greyed out "Car select" button in the TC server, but it works in the OW server. Maybe it's just disabled for one of them?

I'm loving that last line in the AI section!

It's really quite promising. One of the things that'll boost the offline experience immensely.
Have you tried it out yet? Any observations about the AI overtaking slower cars more easily?

To what server? Ctd when? Stuttering when? Freezing when? Sounds like you have system problems.

Tim stated that skin transfers are disabled on the 2 test servers. I did get a green box after trying to upload my skin though and nothing happened when I tried to download another driver's skin.

Car select isn't available in Quali, I tried it in previous builds during practice sessions and it worked very well, really quick car switch.
 
Just tried the latest build (clean install) and successfully connected to both test servers. I had the tracks and the Meganes already installed. Get mod for the Skippy worked perfect.
