SOLVED Unable to sign up to competition races

    Hello.
    I'm unable to sign up for competition races as when I'm subscribing to content i'm getting this error.

    I have an internet connection and steam is on the latest version. RF2 is on the latest public build (not rc)
    Can anyone help??
