Unable to join rookie cup

HI,
Whenever I try to sign up to the rookie cup I get this message:

I have manually uninstalled:
Mores
Zandvoort
Electric docks
Portugal GP
Nola Motorsports park
Palm Beach
230206_cs_rookie
and restarted my PC several times, but I keep getting the same message.

I have had this issue for several months now, so if anyone knows how to fix this I would be very grateful.

I'm having the same issue trying to join the GT Challenge ... manually installed everything, deleted everything else and it still doesn't work. Whenever I decide to give Rf2 another go it seems to remind me why I left ... when it works it's awesome.

Have same issue with GT Challenge and BTCC and found that I just need to install content I purchased moment ago.

Go to the in game store and look in all the tabs for the content you need to install. Even though I had already purchased all the cars & tracks needed for the GT Challenge, I had to use the ingame installation under the Manage Content tab, the clicked on the LOCAL tab to get all the cars & tracks installed. I would have thought any un-installed cars would have been under the Store tab, but they were in LOCAL.
