As the title says, I have two GTX 680 (watercooled, so I cannot pull one out easily) and three Full HD displays.

Now, because rFactor 2 does not work well with SLI, I want to use all three displays (Multiview or not, I don't care), but without the GPUs being in SLI mode. Is this possible?

rFactor2 works fine with SLI, GPU load is +90% with both cards but it is hard to find good setup.

You may find some help here : http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.p...SLI-compatib-bit)-for-Nvidia-SLI-Is-this-inte

You can always go to the nVidia control panel, Manage 3D Settings/SLI Performance mode and force to 'Single GPU'.
