-Fix an issue with the Tower in multicategory. The tower was unable to display cars (of a specific category) at a global place greater than the max number of displayed car in tower.

In the tower, is it possible to show the gap to the car infront, instead of the overall leader. Yes i know one can change class shown.
However it would be nice to be able to show the time to the car infront, and maybe not live - only change per sector, as the tower easily will get confusing to watch (since the time difference will change all the time).

 

- For the modification of gap only at sector point instead of realtime update. There is a parameter in rF2 config file who allows that. As it is an rF2 parameter, all widget of the plugin will be affector (Tower, Scrolling Banner...). So you don't need to switch the way to display gap in a same session, this is the best method.

- For the gap to the next in front instead of the leader, i need to implement it. I will do it quickly.

 

Console v2.3.2.0 & Plugin v2.2.6 available
- Added a checkbox in the TV Console "Gap compare to leader" -> if not checked the gap will be to the next in front instead of the leader
--> Affect the following widgets: Tower, Scrolling Banner, CuttingLineGap

´Would using the sector time have any influense.
Updated Tower and the BC tool, unchecked the button - but it still shows gap to overall leader.

Edit: Cutting line does however show gap to class leader.

 

When you enter as a driver, did you see Plugin TV 2.2.6 in the Game Chat ? (to be sure you have the right version), because i tested and the plugin switch accordingly to TV Console

Updated dll, works fine until the overall leader laps the slower class - then it shows +1lap on all GT cars (vs the faster proto cars)

I know this is your decision but we would all like it if u made an F1 2014 style with this plugin, it would be so good! If not maybe someone like prunn could do it?

 

You can do it also its why each widget is customizable.

 

Is there any program that can do it seen as it is quite hard to do in notepad?

Open rf2 in windowed mode and start editing.
After an hour you will get a hang if it.

How can u edit it in rf2?

 

I'm now having an issue with the plugin, basically it loads rf2 fine and it's fine for a few secs, but when I look at the plugin, instead of the words there are weird symbols and after that, it crashes to desktop. I didn't have the issue before.

 

It occurs rarely. Relaunch and no crash normally. Still trying to find what happen in this case.
