@kro388th as you said, I wish this would work.

The automated B-roll is exactly what I need to automatically stream my community's races.

You could possibly use the "advanced scene switcher" plugin for OBS? Has lots of automation in it.

Oh I didn't know, might be useful then, I'll have a look at it.

It would be ideal for me to be able to trigger video or image display based on ingame events in fact. That's why B-roll automated seems to be interesting

Within the control panel there is the option to "mark replay event". I tried using it, but when I click on "replay event 1", it shows a transition to replay, it shows on the tower that it is a replay, but it is actually showing live. Am I doing something wrong, or does this function really not work?

It works but you had to hit R on the keyboard at the beginning of the broadcast to set the sim to Replay mode. You can then click Live in the panel. For some reason you manually have to set it to replay mode via the keyboard at the beginning of each session first to get any of the replay functionality to work properly. It's just how rF2 is.

I would like to know how I can use custom.css, there is no example or explanation anywhere. If anyone has any modified custom.css that I can study and learn from, I would greatly appreciate it.

Have a look at this, they have customised this template quite a lot.

I'm almost convinced that the original question in this thread would be to use the overlay within the game. On the Overlay control panel there is a button called "SHOW OVERLAYS IN GAME". This shows the overlay on the game screen. I just don't know if it works when you're driving...

PS: This function consumes a lot of hardware. For me the game has a lot of lag.

It only works when in fullscreen on the monitor screen. It's a broadcast overlay and not meant to be used for driving.

I believe there is a workaround to display a browser source over a windowed game, but I can't find the thread right now.

    Hi..

I've been tested this option and works very well for me. I'm driving and the overlay works! I will post a video soon to show you!
