Good Day, I was going to PM this to Tim... but I guess that doesn't happen... And, I understand why. Last night I was trying to get the Get MOD button to work, and as you probably know, Dave-NRT figured it out. He had me whip together a quick vMOD. The only vMOD that I made that works is that, "test", vMOD; the one loaded on my server now (F3 Fanatics). I made 5 more, that I changed the icons and also have a longer name (longer than "test"). The other 5 I made don't work with the "Get MOD" button. I can't make any more until later tonight... Is there any way we can change that? I'd like to do some more testing today. I can't because I'm at my 6 vMODs per day limit, from yesterday. Thanks, Bryan
Hey, maybe I could employ some of you that view this, that know how to make a vMOD, to make one for me. Right now, you don't have to know how to add mirrors to the sixties cars... I just need a vMOD that have the 60 cars, any track, and a short name. Like, test2, test3, ect. Thanks in advance, Bryan
Here you go Bry, Brabby@LRP, no icons, I registered it. About the 6 vMOD daily limit, I think you can delete the ones you no longer need, I vaguely remember having to that when I hit that limit, it was a long time ago though.
Thanks for the vMOD!!! It's up and running on my server... And, I used the "GET MOD" button! So... it's either the length of the name of the vMOD... or the custom icons DJCruicky made me. If possible, I'd like someone to make me one with a longer name. 1960s Cars at Nords appears to be too long... or it's my icons. Thanks again! Bryan
I don't use any icons other than whatever the default set is on that first page with the paths to the various files and my GET MOD doesn't work either. Just created a new one with no spaces in the file name. I can't try it though until I get home.
The icons are the same icons that I was using at the end of build 118. So, either they are not compatible, or the file name is too long... That's the only thing left to work out. Bryan send me the vMOD!
In a quick look I noticed that two have been confirmed working: both didn't have any spacebar in it, the others did have spacebar in it. Might that be a problem (a bit of a noob when it comes to this, but I do seem to vaguely remember I had that problem a long time ago with something I can't remember. However, trying can't hurt, can it )
you can try my vmod: http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.php/4739-1960s-World-Class-Racing-All-Tracks-vMod
