Trouble renewing subscription

Lately when I launch rF2 it reminds me that my online subscription will expire on 06/16 and has a tab that says "renew now". However when I click this tab I get the following error message.

Whats the problem and how do I renew?
 
He's making the assumption you'll want to move to steam. If not, I imagine you should be able to renew as normal. No idea what's gone wrong there.

I guess we will never know whats going on there as in spite of the fact this is the rF2 tech support forum no one from ISI has bothered to respond.

Brian, reach out to Tim. I had the same problem and he took care of it promptly.

However, I'm afraid Steam is the future here, ack! He said the next update will only be available through Steam.
 
same here ... isn't there a fix for this ? or does Tim need to be contacted by every single player individually ?

Maybe I am all wrong, bu what is the point to renew your subscription here when you will be stuck in the current build forever

go to steam, buy your annual license there

I'M on the latest steam version. already bout rf2 years back. i want Online access & will be on current Steam versions
