Or get a 1080p projector (with HDMI input and fast refresh time ~5 ms [?] ), and you'll get more than 42" screen extravaganza :D

Actually Thiago, there are a few that have setup a projector with a screen custom made around their cockpit to where it looks like they are really in the car. The projector will cost a little more than a TV though, heheh.

A good second hand projector (I have a couple of Panasonics PT AE900E) are about twice the price of a new LED 40" TV, you can get good cheap DLP Projectors as well, they are usually brighter.
If you get the E-Dimensional 3d Wired/wireless glasses with a DLP Projector you can watch any and everything including all Directx games in brilliant 3D.

My mate does this, insane to watch. The trouble using a projector is you normally want it big because you can but it's to much input, I do have a video of my Panasonic with a Frez? motion seat, making the screen size around 1200mm X 1000mm, you can (and I have done) wrapped around at 4 meters X 2.6 Meters, I don't think I could drive more than 30 MPH without the head blowing up, it's utterly smeggin insane
