Either the track has verts that are separated, or the car collision body is too detailed, or both.

Talk to the car and track makers, it's up to them.

If it's on the track side, I imagine it's because you have converted a track from another game. It may take some work to make it suitable. You still save hundreds or thousands of hours compared to making it from scratch, so good luck, but it's not a topic for an official game forum.

If it's on the car side, usually it's because people use a normal car body as the car collision mesh. It should be a 'tub', somewhat like a fat canoe in appearance. Fine details and corners (and especially holes) make the collision code produce explosions.

The 5 stars don't really mean much, but if it's the one I found Digga is involved so generally (as far as I'm aware) it should be pretty good. The original source isn't clear though, just says "converted to rFactor". And rFactor didn't have the same collision issues (sensitivity) that rF2 has.

Maybe the track is fine, maybe it's just the car. Should be able to work that out by looking into the files/models, but it's really up to those making/releasing them to fix it.

It's a pay mod isn't it? I assume encrypted, either way I don't have it. Would kind of hope a pay mod wouldn't have a collision issue, but if you can replicate the issue on official rF2 content it might make them more inclined to take a look at the mod.

Indeed it is a pay mod , they don’t even reply to email ,
I might do this when i get a chance , I have all of rfactor 2 tracks for F1 season , we don’t use because they’re old, most are 2014 ,
Now we’re in a panic mode for our race this week
    At this Potugal track ,
    Thanks
