Well I was involved in the original TCL, having made the initial Corolla model + the Portuguese Add-on, but i'd like to see a TCL 2.0 with scratch-made cars from acceptable sources. If it is dead/paused then maybe i'd think about setting up a Patreon rebuild or something in those lines.
I’ve just discovered these cars while hunting for something new to race - they seem (generally) excellent out of the box but we’ve noticed that the engine sounds are heavily biased to the right speaker in at several cases if not all… Was this intentional - or has something unintentional crept in through the various iterations of the rf2 client….? Also - I don’t suppose there are any skin templates out there, are there?
These were always fantastic to drive. Still feel good now, but do need that update You drive them in vr, and turn your head more than 90 degrees each side you see you only have the front half of the car
We’re slowly updating and refreshing them for AC. Feel free to come and try them out and if you can assist in the revamping of the models etc.
Chris, thanks for the invite, i am now following you facebook group. I do not use AC so cannot try your cars and have very little knowledge of the file formats. So trying them will have to wait until i own the game. regards phil
Recently rediscovered this mod, still drives amazing, nothing broken with recent updates to the game, would love to see the sound and interiors updated but even has it stands I still highly recommend this mod to anyone looking for a top class driving experience.
