You're thinking of the original Lola A1GP. The manual is for the Ferrari, which entered the 3rd or 4th A1GP season.

If there is a manual for the Lola A1GP, like what is linked here, I would love to take a stab at doing a proper rF2 conversion. Tech info has been a bit harder to find.
