What is your username there m8? Did you check spam? The best way is having lines in separated mesh but the main objective of this generator is to provide good texture to less skilled modders that probably aren't able to create new meshes for lines. Anyway as woodee said you can export only the line texture
FYI don't if already reported or already aware of but there is a bright blue portolet that is popping in at s-turn
My username is R Soul. I have nothing in my spam folder. For some reason I didn't look closely enough at the preview images and thought the white side lines were a part of the background.
No problem at. I had some new textures form Mario Morais too but i forgot to add in this new version. My english betrayd be. I don't understand what you mean... Account is now activated m8. No, everything is a individual layer
Well thanks for this awesomeness (texture generator)! I've just tried it and the possibilities are huge. Don't you wanna do the same with ripplestrips? ps: pls finish Zandvoort! edit: the yellow line is not working for me. It does nothing. edit2: it's OK, I needed to upgrade my PS from CS (8.0 from 2003).
Could someone help me a little bit please? I'm noob in Photoshop. Is there a way to create this kind of a road patch from Nuno's PSD in any way? So I guess I need a "dark spot" texture + finishing which I can apply on a wall in BTB and use it as a cross-section (like a skidmark). Or any other way? View attachment 18382
I have not looked at Nuno's PSD yet. BUT.....Highlight the road polys that make up the dark area and make it a different material. Then add a darker road texture to that material.
A patch that big won't be possible only with my textures. You need 2 road textures, light and dark, but you will need two materials on road too. In 3ds Max would be easy... In BTB I don't realy know how you will be able to do that. Create a wall to apply a finish texture is actually very easy, the problem is select and cut the polygons to apply a 2nd material on that (the dark one). Is not possible if I remember well BTB
Finally, after a long time, I'm beeing able to finish a "small" update in these great track... For the guys interested in those grid texture, here is the link to download (Can be worked but its not bad to start with... Scratch made...) http://simracing.endless-resources.org/downloads/Nuno/Share_center/Grid_Textures.rar
Working in some new scratch made textures for my personal projects... Textures will be shared when they're ready. Trying to use realroad on dirt path too... Texture with and without tire marks... Have a nice Sunday...
