Some of the tracks in the F2 series aren't financially viable (you could also call it outrageous fees). But we will have at least one from the calendar, which we had to independently license and pay fees to use. I'll keep trying on the others, but some unfortunately have to be a flat no.
If licensing is an issue, why not just go the route that you went with Monza / Brianza? pCars seems to get away with Belgian Forest / Spa and Azure coast / Monaco as well as others.
Like everything in life, it's about picking your battles. Honestly, licensing is way to complex to fit into forum posts, it might fit into a novel.

In my version these should be actually laser scanners. Sharks would be laser-scanning the volcano, so aliens may race in it.
Speaking of licensing... how is it that Monza... excuse me, "Brianza" has Shell Oil signs (and also BP) yet Monaco has "Nautilus"?
