Means some are started Looking forward to these! Nothing wrong with gettin Eagle Mk1 further up either Thanks for update Tim.
To me it is not 60`s or 70`s which is the best era of racing it is: http://www.speedhunters.com/2013/01/racings-the-last-golden-era-the-1980s/ and I am missing many of these cars a lot
I would love a Deltawing. When I mentioned this in.....another sim.....it was as if I'd set the world on fire.
Tim has said before on twitter that he has spoken to the dude behind the Deltawing about bringing it to the sim, that was a year or so ago, hope it dose happen.
Had no idea baked, thanks. The other place I mentioned the idea seemed to think it was a crime against motorsports that it even exists.
People can be funny with their biases. Don't get me wrong because I have my own, believe me. But selective bias around how far apart wheel are? No offense to anyone but to me this looks more like a "car" than, let's just say, other types of "cars" that go much further beyond a traditional idea of a car (whatever that is) but have front and rear wheels closer in spread.
IIRC the delta wing was developed with rfpro. I think I have read that somewhere. Not sure tho, would be nice to get confirmation. Would be a nice case of reverse engeneering lol. The car looks fine but I don't think it drives amazing at all. Just can't imagine it.
Niels did a modding tutorial with that car for rf1. So far all drivers said, that it drives very good ans it is for sure very fast close to LMP2 cars. The only question is are all the tricks they did to the car to make work available in rF2.
Hi Tim any news you can update us with or maybe something in the pipe works. Is there any chance you will do a DEV update in this 1/2 of 2015 ?
Someone noticed Tim´s last Tweet? This xmotorracing-guy is really, REALLY absolutely mad! (first thought of posting the pic here but I decided that it´s better if I don´t )
I'm thinking some poor sap poured all his talentlessness into that Xmotorracing "sim", failed absolutely epically, and then lost his mind over it in the process..? Maybe it's actually his ghost that haunts the YouTube comment sections of every decent, or even half decent racing sim video? Just throwing out ideas here. A mystery that needs to be solved imo.
Well his marketing, as bad as it may be actually worked. I've never even heard of the sim before. Hahaha.
its beyond question that there were/are bots (or even more sad to think, the guy himself) posting x-motor comments on every.single.sim video around, i read YT comments so its been a running joke for me for at least a year, every once in awhile i'd post an x-motor comment & was always surprised some didnt get it. iirc they started out fairly innocuous ("nice video, what do you think of x-motor racing?") & got more aggressive.
