I really need some help to choose a which one is good racing wheel.
    i m between Thrustmaster T150 and a second hand Logitech G27
i did a lot of research and people say that Thrustmaster T150 is a toy and not worth the 170 euros.
they also say that a good thrustmaster is T500
on the other hand logitech G27 has a dead zone that some people has no problem and some other try to dial it out from the RF2 settings.
For the moment i play with an old racing wheel from 2003 called Logitech wingman formula force GP force feedback
i bought it 70 euros back then
so help me decide people T150(new) or G27(second hand) each one for 170 euros.

For rF2 especially, the belt driven wheel will be better. Even though they're bulletproof, the Logitech gear drive will drive you nuts with rattling. Sadly, T150 is entry-level these days, with T300 being a better choice. Good thing about the G27 is the H-pattern shifter and clutch pedal are included. If you go for used, make sure the pedals all work as they get dirty & spotty with age and the wires sometimes break... nothing difficult to repair if you've got talent.

    Hope that helps!

    Hello
The thrustmaster t300 rs is a great wheel. Mho
I went from a Logitech g25 to the trusrmaster and I enjoy every m7nite of racing with it.

I would not recommend getting a used wheel unless you can try it before you buy and you know seller well.

Hope this help at least a little
    Ruben

Check Amazon for Xmas deals. I got a wheel two generations newer than the TS300 for the same price as the fancy TS300 version with the Alcantra wheel.

    interesting discussion.

for future purchases I'm interested in G29, but I've heard it has many problems with rf2.
    can t150 be an alternative?

never tried G29 but i m super very pleased with T150
i suggest T150 just to avoid the G29 problems that ppl use to talk
    or is it G920 only
not sure just search the forum about Logitech steering wheels.

Any guide for optimal Rfactor 2 control setup with Thrustmaster T150 ?
i just selected the Thrustmaster T150 profile from the game ...is that all for optimal driving?
should i change the steering lock on every car ?if yes i really dont know the logic how to se it up for every different car so please help.
also at the T150 control panel i pressed "Defaults" which sets the wheel to 900 degrees rotation angle
so please give me some advises. thanks guys.

Set the TM control panel to the highest setting for your wheel. Then in the game, under controllers, make sure just below the steering wheel range, you make sure there is a checkmark and not an X for the line that says: Vehicle Set. That way, whatever car you choose, it 'should' automatically adjust your wheel's travel for you.

It doesn't have many problems, just one and only in rF2, which is wheel rotation has to be set up manually when you change cars. It takes 10 seconds to do so, kinda annoying but not a deal breaker. Happens with both, G29 and G920.
I own a G920 and at some point I ordered a T300 (which is an upgrade from the T150) but didn't like it so I returned it. I might be in the minority here as people seem to like belt driven wheels better. Maybe it's just that I've gotten used to Logitech wheels after driving them for so many years, so take it for what it's worth. I once also owned a Fanatec CSR but preferred the Logitech. They're also very reliable.

And above all they are to close together.
    Ffb is not that good
He is not getting a thrustmaster lol

I got my thrustmaster t300rs base the f1 wheel addon and the t3ba peddles at new egg with shipping
    For right around $

I really need a guide to T150 control panel which is related to the optimal settings with Rfactor 2.
i just play with the default settings on the T150 control panel but i notice that some cars doesnt turn on corners as fast as i turn my wheel.
there is a small delay that affects my driving experience.
i can go really faster if the car respond immediately to my actions from the wheel.
i hope i m wrong but i notice that again and again
not sure if its a bug or problem with Thrustmaster T150
i use the Thrustmaster T150 profile at the rfactor 2 control settings
i would really appreciate some help.

    Edit:drivers are up to date

    Hi mesfigas.
Sorry I can't help you with delay problem but would you be so kind to say what are the differences between T150 and your old wheel?
I am planning to upgrade my Logitech wingman formula force GP force feedback and this is a rare opportunity to have someone compare it to modern wheels.
    Thanks.

Finally i think i was buged or something cause after a restart of my computer and T150 control panel default settings everything works smooth
Now The T150 is a racing wheel the old one was a "toy".
    night
    and
    day
thats what you have to expect upgrading from a "Logitech wingman formula force GP force feedback"
also a super cool upgrade will be that you dont have to write "Logitech wingman formula force GP force feedback" when you write in a forum
but instead just a T150. ahahahahaahahahaha that was a Greek joke.
i hope you upgrade soon mate <3.

    Hahaha
    Thanks
If there were more owners we would probably have some acronym like LWFFGP but if I write this nobody will understand.
I would already buy some Thrustmaster but I would love to do a proper upgrade and have a clutch pedal and as I see in my country I could go for T150 and T300 and TX and they don't have clutch

Yes but I feel stupid if I buy let's say T300 RS which is a 320 EUR wheel-pedal set and immediately throw pedals to thrash and buy T3PA-PRO which cost me another 180 EUR. In that case maybe a better option would be Fanatec load-cell pedals for a bit higher price.

But I would like option with good pedals included.
