SOLVED Thought RF2 Content Was Free With LMU PRO+

Dave was assuming, as he does.
yup! GUILTY AS CHARGED! ;)

BUT. then, uh, nope, I figured everyone would understand when something is SOLD, money touches everyone involved. I am constantly amazed, first at my continued naivety, but also the anger directed at a business for conducting business. Every time something is released for sale,(& not just here) which is to generate some sort of profit to the seller(s), there are countless users complaining about the price is too high or that there is any price at all. I sure wish my local grocery store operated like these folks seem to want, having businesses practice self-immolation.

They had a sale was 75% off the compete pack + you would have saved 40+ a year not subbing DLC
Buyer Beware ( shrugs ) :)

Free servers is like a grave yard
Handful in a few rooms and 3 of those are open "series" rooms ( lord only knows what you need ) :D
Then official servers I can't run my mod anyway.

rF2 strength is offline mods.

The zolder track is working now.
Race Control acknowledged the ticket but hasn't got back to me on this issue so I don't know what happened.
I'm can only guess that it is supposed to be included in the Pro+ account, maybe the track developer gets something out of that.
If I get an answer from rc I will give an update.

Happy to read it works now, thanks to the devs

A lot of speculation on the net, errr :D
We support Circuit Zolder at the end of the day, take that into account, and have fun.

You get the best real-life details under your tires in simulation land.
Do you like fake or realism more?
I went for Higher Poly, so each detail in the scan was added.
Performance is still good as I held back trackside poly as much as possible.
I can promise you that, visuals aside.

You have no idea how honored I was to do this, the moment I got that signature on paper.

Now on topic, I have no idea how DLC level rules vs the sub model interact.
Maybe the sub is MSG/S397 made content only, or my work is included? If it has the same outcome, all is fine, I guess. I fully understand if someone has a sub and it is in the rules, that is a right for you at the end of the day. Think it is best to ask MSG directly.

As Goanna said in post #2, a user on discord asked this exact question (why the track wasn't available, with a Pro+ sub), and the next day their track was working.

I'm not saying those two things were directly related; and I don't know why yours didn't work and then did. I very much doubt someone is adding this track to individual Pro+ user accounts, just steam and associated systems doing system-y things.

Initially it was very much a question as to whether this track was going to be included, and within a day we knew the answer was yes.
