SOLVED Thought RF2 Content Was Free With LMU PRO+

I have lmu or race control pro+ subscription, I should get Zolder for free? Correct?
Currently showing that I have to pay for it.
 
I know of one other who asked the same question on discord and it showed up in his steam downloads yesterday morning (Tuesday 02Sep) so should be coming. Probably a wording thing but you don't get it for free, it (and other paid content) is available for you to use while you are paying the sub, stop the sub and paid content is then not available to use. .

My pro+ is all paid and active until Dec. 13, I was checking the races today and went to the Zolder race and I had the "Install Content"
button show and I installed it.
Went looking for it and the name was disabled and the pay button was enabled and took me to the basket so I could pay for it, $9.38
or so, I shouldn't have to pay that with my pro+ account, right?
 
No, it should be available to you, what name are you looking for it under, won't be Z, look under C, track name is Circuit Zolder

It is there, it is disabled/greyed out and the buy icon to the right is there which takes me to the basket to buy it.
I don't have a screenshot because I have to upload it somewhere to post it.
 
If you use snipping tool (part of windows) you'll be able to save it locally (save as a jpg file) and use the "upload a file" option in the forum.
 
Should have mentioned this earlier, check content manager to see if it's installed.

Circuit Zolder was created by a private user and S397 is allowing him to sell the track to users. This was always the dream of moddable sims like rF2 or AC. Talented people would put up products for sale, S397 can vette the projects and if it seems professional enough, will allow the use of the STEAM/RF2 store to provide the option to pay for the track. The track creator has been totally upfront here, he hasn't tried to hide who created the project. He spent months gathering data, working with the actual track owners to get laser scanned data, and then also received some help from S397 when there were technical roadblocks. I think he expects a small patch soon to address some issues users have discovered.
So other than being a store front, S397 cannot just give something away that belongs to another.
 
Fieldzy on discord was asking about this, after release it definitely wasn't there and we weren't sure, then staff confirmed they were looking into it and yesterday Fieldzy confirmed it was in his game.

So not sure why it's not working for you (yet), but it should be available with the sub.

in rF2 content manager where does the items that are subbed to show, under store or local, I'm not sure which one, check both areas and see if it shows as installed(and try to install if it's not), otherwise you may have to raise a ticket with the Race Control folks.

Ok wrote to race control. The answer is probably in the terms fine print.
 
There's something weird going on with rf2 and workshop currently anyway. Played earlier and it randomly started to download the gen2 formula e car while I was ingame, closed rf2 after 1 race to find it was redownloading every piece of s397 content I own. Never had it do that before.
