I think you're right. rFactor 2 should always be completely closed before installing new content.

I was just about to ask this Very excited to hear this!

 

So I felt a little inspired with this pack. I figured I'd add another car or two. Using the APEX mod, I'm in the process of painting the #50 Walkenhorst Z4. Just wondering if anybody has these logos? I didn't get a chance to grab a preview before I left for work today. I should be able to get one up tonight.

Signatures on endplate. Rim picture - I found that the rim model is the Speedline - Ronal SL2. Just haven't found that pic or one that is close.


FYI, if you have the Simtek GT3 installed, there is the Konrad VLN skin on RD that fits that model. I haven't gotten permission to release it, but for personal use, and if you know how to make standalone cars, that will add one more GT3 to the grid

I'm far from home. But tomorrow I can ask Peter Posovac, principal of the PP Group and Team Owner of the "Zetti Club" #50, how we can get permission and livery data of the old Z4 version.
I met him this year at the 24H NOS. He said no prob for the 2019 car data but I didn't ask him again until now.

HAHA!! I never looked at the picture resolution as compared to the template. I should be able to make it work

I think it would just need the Gentelman Racers logo. I can find the font, just not the logo.

Anyway, here is a very early WIP. I should be able to get most of the rest done tonight.

Is this mod broken for anyone else or just me?

 

Make sure you have the latest version of the mod. Each time S397 releases a new version of the DLC packs, then the mod must be updated as well. If the mod maker does not produce a version of the mod to match the new version numbers, then, yes, the mod is broken.

The package is up to date now (version 1.3). If you don't have v1.3 I recommend to deabonnate and abonnate again.

Unfortunedly at this time I'm far away from this project, because I have so much custom liveries in the queue. If the 2020 season will canceled, I'll try to make a 911 Cup package in adition to the outstanding GT3'19 pack.
Please let me know, if anyone can help me to create this liveries together!

Hi all,
I'm looking for support for the installation of the VLN mod. I bought the GT3 pack this week. The GT3 Challenger Pack is no longer available on Steam.

I abonnated the VLN pack; however, it will not trigger installation once rFactor 2 starts. It is also not visible in the Content/Package section of rF2.

What I tried to fix:
1.) Deabonnate/Re-abonnate VLN mod
2.) Deabonnate VLN mod and all GT3 cars; afterwards re-abonnate GT3 cars - have them installed - reabonnate VLN mod
3.) Re-install rF2, then the 2 procedures above
4.) Download VLN mod via Steamworkshop-Downloader page and extract the zip file manually and put in rF2's package folder. With this method, I can at least find the VLN mod in the content/package section of rF2; however, I cannot install them manually from there; I get an error message of "Unknown basemod"

Anything how I can install this nice mod? I'm really looking forward to drive Grello
