Renato mentioned S397 is not interested in semi fictional cars, so unfortunately I think it rules F1's out.
And that part really sucks. I understand not having fictional cars. But the benefit is that they can be created with all the new rF2 features and shaders and be completely decrypted. They can then be used as templates or reference for modders to be able to use in their own content. Don't understand how to edit a turbo into your mod, look at the car with a turbo. Need to add the Leader Light to your mod, look at this car, and use that .gmt asset and place it on your modded car. As much as I love the content that S397 is putting out, not having decrypted fictional cars I feel is an opportunity lost Sorry for going slightly off topic. Really looking forward to see what Reiza is adding to the bundle
Also the 4-door Opalas Not just 1976, the whole history of it to compliment the McLaren M23, Brabham and March
I'd rather they release what they originally annoucned asap and then release their new projects at a later date
I frankly love all their cars. My favourite is F-Vee and is already in the pack. My guess for remaining cars are: Minis Lancer GT&Evolution But obviously i like to have V8, Stock Cars, Marcas, Formula Amaroli....
Though have to admit my knowledge of Brazillian national racing is very little until Automobilista, I'd like them to have the Chevy Opala and also throw in their Divisão 1 Brasileira rivals that they don't have, the Ford Maverick and the 4-door Opalas (that raced in the early 1970s) ...and also the Divisão 3 Brasileira cars that they already have including the Pumas
I’m always impressed by how AMS is able to deliver such a huge amount of content, specially tracks. I mean, the Brit pack and other iconic ones like Imola or Hockenhein surely should be on rFactor2. Impressive how a smaller studio was able to license it instead.
To be honest ams only needs rf2 gfx.engine. The rest is on par or certainly better re ffb physics consistency polish etc. Not to mention. The fwd physics. / cars are better.
I would disagree cause I believe rF2 engine has much more potential. AMS crew is able to explore all limits of their engine. Just imagine the same consistent and polished content in rF2, exploring the whole engine possibilities. I really doubt any other sim would be on par physics wise.
Just because the cars are done better does not mean the base is better. In this case it clearly isn't, no matter what is one's preferences. It's S397 that needs to use everything their stuff can do. But physics wise the DLC packs and the free cars added by the Studio are top notch, except for the AMG FFB. So idk I dont see much sense in this post, we all got our own opinions tho
