With the upcoming R3E cars (yummy Group C and Porsche 911 Carrera Cup (964) I'd imagine S397 would want to get in before them as some people may only have coin for one lot of DLC and if S3 get in first they may get peoples dollars!
I don't think that it works that way. Also R3E is quite a lot different in terms of simulation. And DLC are not a limited time offer, so it won't get out of order, it doesn't have expiration date.
I respect that some people might buy the first available DLC but we don't look at other simulations when determining our release dates. The Reiza pack will be released when it's done. It nearly is, but I do think there were still a few bugs that came up in testing that are being addressed.

I don't think the Raceroom-DLC will impact the demand for the Reiza-pack as well. Different Sims, totally different content. The core players of rf2 will buy it at release, some will wait for discount as always...I hope for more content coming from Reiza. It's an excellent developer and it seems they will also prove that this time again.
I don't like social justice freakouts.... but I'd ban for bad sense of humor, sexism, being offensive to overweight women and hating on mopeds too and managing to do all that in one sentence.
