What's the crisis? Not shutting it down are they?!After listening to Reiza's great Imola news, I got sad when I heard that the real Imola is approaching a crisis...
Gaddam hippies! GET A JOB!!!Money, politics, stupid people living nearby complaining for noise and pollution, stupid politicians listening to stupid people to grab votes
Tracks shouldnt be near houses that people leaves
i dont mean monaco which is a Road

same goes for airports
of course its sad that Imola has such problems
99.99999% of tracks and airports are built away of houses. Stupid people then build houses close and make comments like yours.Tracks shouldnt be near houses that people leaves

build house near airport or track is not smart99.99999% of tracks and airports are built away of houses. Stupid people then build houses close and make comments like yours.
IMO part of this is also the track owners being dumb. If you own a track and see houses getting closer you should try to buy more lands around your track. The good side is that if the houses get close to this extra land you can build stuff for business or houses to rent for people visiting your track, there will be a public close so you profit anyway while having some peace... and pay less money for the ground due to noise pollution... and than complain
No one is dumb ok ? Except populist politicians and people who vote for them, they are really dumb.
With investitors money. You make a cool project and they'll come. When there is nothing around the lands aren't that expensive. With which money ?
Imola was forced to invest a lot of money to update the circuit after disastrous 1994 F1 weekend that led to the death of 2 drivers (Senna and Ratzenberger) the injury of several people of the public during crash a race start, and the terrible Barrichello accident in the practice (or qualifications, can't remember). Probably, if one of those pilots was not Senna, the impact would have been less dramatic, but despite this, in 2006 F1 stopped using the track, too many GP in Italy and europe, and the need to go where money are.
Long story short: you can't really mantain a full fledged track with just local races, some events, and track rental.
Thank you for your unsolicited political opinion on this forum about pretend racecars and the people who make them.
So insightful.
