SOLVED The decals on the Formula E cars are really low resolution, is this the case for everyone?

As the title says, a lot of the helmets and decal textures on the Formula E cars are really low resolution, even though I have all the graphical settings turned up to High. Is this just how it is for everyone, or is it an issue on my end? (Pic below)

Notice how the name, sponsors, and flags on the halo and headrest are all blurry.

 

Okay turns out that the textures look like this on anything below "Full" in the graphical settings, so even on "High" they're really low resolution. But there's barely a noticeable performance difference between High and Full, so not really an issue.
