Just wondering if there is any Targa Florio servers? Or if there is any intrest for Targa Florio races? rF2 has so many historic cars that would be perfect for this track.
1) Click on details to sort by track name 2) Targa Florio would appear between these two tracks, so none are running at this time 3) In my experience, it's not a good track for normal races as it's too crowded. In real life, the cars were started at intervals (30 seconds?). Maybe someone could organize an online event where the starting intervals are used?
Rf2 allows two way traffic? I suppose the deal is to drive on the right lane. Who is to blame in case of frontal crash in the middle of the road? Which direction has the right to claim the rubbered line? Sorry if too much questions I' ve never driven Florio Targa
Ha-ha, traffic! No, I think vegaguy meant that running a normal vs. launching cars at intervals. Targa Florio was 14 laps of 45 miles of temporarily closed public roads on Sicily. Back in the day, practice was held on open roads and they were only closed on race day.
Oh. I didn't know that. Does it work with the AI? The Targa Floria has a very interesting history and there is just something so relaxing about driving through the little hamlets and villages. People standing around, mountain switchbacks.
If you hole a race event in Targa Florio, I'd like to join. Rally style or just group driving. Any format seems okay.
Any format would be fun alright especially open. With a track like this a fast car can actually be a handycap. This is where a little car like the Porsche 550 Syder would shine I think.
