    Hey guys.
I've been working on improving the appearance on some converted cars and was wondering what people are using for a shader on tail lights. I've been playing with the "windscreen outside" shader but am getting mixed results. In general it can turn a cartoon looking tail light into a light that looks real but I'm having issues with how light affects the texture on some cars, in particular at night where in some instances the texture goes black depending on the car. One car where it is actually working well, the light lense is a solid material whereas the cars who's light lense goes black at night have an invisible lense material with a chrome light bucket behind. I'm thinking then that I need to figure out how to make the lense material solid rather than invisible but I'm not sure if this is even possible (at least with 3dsimed) or am I on the wrong track and is there a better shader I should be using to achieve a better result
