Hello! I bought a Thrustmaster T500RS steering wheel yesterday and are having troubles setting it up for rFactor 2. Whenever I move the wheel barely to either side it wil start pulling to the side. I have the firmware version 43. It works great in Assetto Corsa, so I doubt it's a problem with the wheel itself. I did find a thread where the same problem was fixed by hiting the detect button, but it just to me it couldn't find a controller file. Any help would be much appreciated!
Hi OPTflare. The last builds some people have had wrong detections of the T500. Try this. Select the controller of another steering wheel (not the T500 one) Test if the FFB works in the right way (when you turn right, the FFB makes force to the left, and vice-versa). If the turn works fine (only the turn of the steering wheel), set up other buttons. If you have had problems, doesn't use the autodetect function.
Thanks a lot! Apparently it thought I used a Club Sport Wheel, I set it as a T500 and now it works (feel kinda stupid now ).
