not sure involved with the new GT3 update, but this cars except the radical send very low telemetry suspension position data around -60 to -80.
Most cars even Formel has values about 0 to -25.

Suspension position isn't the same thing as ride height. The absolute value of suspension position isn't that useful; you either want to know its rate of change relative to ride height or some other data, or its value relative to some base position you've identified.

I don´t know the exact defination that´s a question for the devs, the value depends on spring rate so I suppose that could be the negative suspension travel.
Radical RXC Turbo GT3 front -6 rear -11
    Porsche 911 GT3 front -70 rear -77
    Mercedes AMG GT3 front -50 rear -70
    McLaren 650S GT3 front -84 rear -97
    McLaren MP4/8 front -6 rear -10
So the values from GT3 seems implausible, imo. causes from update ?
Using the data for motion system making it very unconvenient for GT3 cars to offset this great amount.

@jual I hadn't considered the effect on motion systems that use the position directly. These values aren't designed (from rF2) to be used that way, I personally would have thought a motion system would calibrate itself when the car is at rest, and perhaps be configurable (an aero car will need more clearance as it lowers at speed, for example).

Can you find out what`s the exact definition of that value and why most cars lies inside a similar value except the GT3 after the update ?

You would need to find the value that describe the 4 corners bottoming height.
