Can anyone help. As soon as I enable 5.1 6.1 or 7.1 the surround speakers drop out when I go round bends then returns on straights. (Front main left and right work all the time - I.e stereo works fine all the time) Sound works fine with other sims. I am using g29 wheel and ir head tracker. Best Regards Phil
Rfactor 2 has support on multispeaker setup, but it's the worst support I have ever seen. That's normal behabiour, it simply sends wall reverb to rear speakers, it thers not a wall yo don't hear anything. Personally I have to use "stereo speakers" option and then use surround emulation in my soundcard, in order to play something hearable.
Is there any way we can push this up on the studio 397 priority list? Must be faurlu easy to imleimple! I would love to have this in the otherwise so complete rfactor2!
Fairlu seay orf ouy ot ysa! Gotta pull you up on the 'otherwise so complete' bit. Sound is definitely lagging though.
I don't think so. Even the new Senna's Mclaren has mono sounds, without stereo image, like making the graphics in 640x480 256 colors.... awfull quality. @Lazza
