Background: The Q3 2022 Update included "...Support for up to 16 input devices...". Issue: if Windows has more than 8 Game Controllers, then rF2 mis-configures controllers (eg wheel, pedals or other peripherals). Symptoms: An example is Force Feedback stops working, or rF2 won't accept button configuration changes. It is as though the Game Controller limit is still only 8, and anything over 8 creates input device problems. Impact: Sim racers with a lot of physical peripheral hardware (eg wheel, pedals, handbrake, multiple shifters, button boxes etc) can easily exceed the limit of 8, forcing users into workarounds that are frustrating and perhaps unnecessary in 2023. Request: The Q3 2022 release notes are not clear if 16 input devices also means 16 Game Controllers. If not, then can rF2 be modified to support 16 Game Controllers, as well as 16 input devices?
