Hello all,
i hope that someone has an Idea how i can solve my Problem.

I had to replace the Battery of my Computers Mainboard a few Days ago and afterwards the Graphics are bad (Slow, Stuttering, Freezing) in Video Games.

So i suppose that it is caused by a Setting in the Bios, because due to the empty Battery, the Bios was set to defaults.
Unfortunately i don't remember, which Settings i have changed in the Time that i have the Computer now (bought in 2019).

Does any of you have an Idea maybe? :)

Specs are:
ASRock Z390 Pro4
nVidia GeForce RTX2070 Dual 8192MB DDR6 HDMI / 3xDP
Intel Core i7-9700K
2 x 8 GB Kingston DDR 4 1333 MHz
2 x 8 GB Kingston DDR 4 1600 MHz
Samsung 870 Evo 2 TB (4 Partitions)

and the PC was running perfectly in the Past.

Search using the thread title and these are the results. It may help.
- reset CMOS properly after replacing motherboard battery
- Load Optimized Defaults (F5)

Hi Chris,

It's usually the memory settings.
If you switch to the advanced bios menu,
Look for memory profile XMS2 timing option and turn it on.
It should automatically adjust the memory timing to the best possible.
it will obviously be limited to its slowest spec memory sticks.

#Edit
Sorry Chris,
ignore my advice, I'm a spoilt brat because I've always used Asus motherboards, the motherboard reads the spd settings on the ram sticks to determine the XMS profiles. Asrock you have to read the memory timings off of the label on the slowest ram stick and enter it manually.

Thank you @Corti and @woohookid for trying to help. :)

Some of your suggested Settings don't exist in my Bios, so i've set some Things for the Ram in the available Options, but that didn't solve the Problem.

In the End it seems to be a "simple" Setting for the CPU, that was missing.

On my ASRock Z390 Pro4 it can be found here: Advanced Mode ->OC Tweaker -> CPU Configuration -> CPU Ratio

I did set it from "Auto" to "All Cores" and now it fortunately works like before. :)
