Strange behaviour of DEV mode

When i run dev mode in multiscreen mode it won't startup.
Running in normal mode it will.

 

Try copying the config file from the normal game and see if that makes any difference.

I'm having my own functional issues with devmode, like AI not taking on some parameters without a full game restart or time scale seemingly not doing anything, but I digress...
