If i launch a batch during the race containing this: /addpenalty 10 Eleanor But Eleanor is not in the server, the Stop & Go goes to the next player in alphabetical order. e.g. If there are these players in the server Alex Eggs Ernie Francine The Stog & Go would be sent to Ernie.
I think it goes to the name closest to the one typed. So for example if you want to issue a penalty (or any admin command) to John Adbwquwereqe, it's enough to type just John, which can be useful sometimes. Or you can type one letter wrong and get away with it.
Then, if an admin has programmed some penalties and one driver is missing, the rF2 will penalise to an incorrect driver. If this is the way it works, then isn't a bug, but from my point of view, this is not a logical behaviour.
