    yeah,12 visible cars...40 unseen cars.The visible cars is the thing...try this at night...4 cars?
    Anyway,i move this performance thread over to the Offical DX 11 vs. DX9 thread.
    I had PP on low.

    works ok at night too, you don't need to see more than 12~15 cars from cockpit anyway (except if you are racing with NASCAR at Daytona)

    This bug is a result of the game not starting in proper fullscreen mode on some systems, I think it's independent of resolution. I think it's just more obvious in lower res because you clearly see the desktop then. With same res as desktop it looks fullscreen, but really isn't. I can trigger this behaviour if I switch to other window just before the game has started.

    That explains why it looks fullscreen to me but nvidia control panel vsync isnt working anymore (since many builds back).
