I already do by support mail step, reinstall clean version rF2. but,launch pad still not shown....... but,if I restart PC, it's can be run once! can normal running game. but if quit game and close lunche pad. then can't running again until restart computers. and, if launch pad shown, in update TAB, verify will be failed. All file verify failed... so, what can I do now? Someone help me, Thanks. My English little poor ,sorry. P。s About my pc , i7 3770, GTX670, 16GBmem, SSD HD/ Windows7 Home edition(Sp1 64bit Chinese version ).
Have you deleted the rFactor core folder (c:\program files (x86)\rfactor2) before you have done a clean install? How do you start rFactor2? Is there a desktop icon? Maybe the icon points to the old launcher. With the default install paths it should point to "c:\program files (x86)\rFactor2\Laucher\Launch rFactor.exe".
