the latest beta has an issue in steam where on exiting the game steam still thinks it is running. this blocks steam from running anything else or allowing me to exit steam. the only option is to force quit it from task manager. i've checked and there is no sign of the rfactor2.exe running, so its purely steam unable to see that it has actually closed.
