Below the play button for rF2 on the Steam Library page, there are some news highlights about rF2. The trouble is, those news snippets are rarely updated. My page shows a 'Major Update' just before Christmas. Nothing since. Nothing about the rollback, nothing about the twin release paths, nothing about the sale of the company. Who or what determines when Steam updates the news?
