SR4L Event Tonight

This is a Non-League Event so everyone is welcome to join us

This is a last minute decision to have an event tonight. So not sure how many will turn up. We are going to have a non-league race at Nord's with the 1960's F2's.

Can either be 3x20 min races but i feel this wont work due to size of the track so was thinking of doing 2x30 min events.

I will be in server from 20:30GMT so if your available see you there

Wow.....that's VERY short...... I try to be there, but have NO practice on that track whatsoever; I just follow you guys

 

Can the F2B Spark (the one with front and rear wings) take part in the race?

 

Oops, that's not going to work; downloaded the mod and it seems I'm missing about 10 to 15 (!!) tracks!
Must have blinked somewhere along the line.......

To find all the tracks, install them and join in time is not going to work so I'll be in the F2 2012 server on my own again

Your link seems to be pointing to v1.04 instead of v1.05.

As Nav has pointed out, always best to host a 1 track 1 car vmod for special events.

 

So.....even if I have it ready in time; it's the old version and I still can't join?

 

I'm putting a smaller mod together now for it, I will add the download link soon. But should be able to use get mod from server once I have it loaded.

Now I don't know anymore....... I searched for the 1,05 as DJ said.....was busy with the tracks, now another mod?
It's starting to be a bit messy.......don't know what to do anymore; I'm out.

 

i have installed the mod, but the server still says i haven't got it

 

According to what Paul has said we just have to download this mod, from the link or at the "Get Mod" server selecction screen. We just need to have Nordschleife already installed.

 

I had that yesterday at the server

winged not allowed in this mod. Will go for the EVE which I like more its cockpit position

 

WTF? I placed this mod inside the packages folder and installed it via the mod manager.
Then i tried connecting to the server....and it said i don't have that mod.
Now i went back to mod manager, and the mod was not listed anymore....neither as installed, nor as uninstalled or "can not be installed".
I can't get the mod to show up in mod manager anymore

 

That's a shame......been working to get in for over an hour, yelled to my daughters to leave me the F alone because I was busy......
BTW, the "get mod" does not work.
Came in the server at the end; already quali; no practice, no setup.....never drove this track......

It's not a good thing this is on such a short notice.
There was a topic about at the sr4l forum, but that one was out of the air the whole day long.
I'm always in the server, even by myself a lot; now I want to join but am not able.....this makes me sad.

 

get mod doesnt work but Pauls link, post#11 above does.
get it and try to install it, I just did and entered.
