[WIP] Sportscar 70' Style

Hi @ChiefWiggum , is there a place were we can have a description of vehicules more than just the manufacturer (e.g. model, maybe engine model and type...) ? An example : The McLaren from 71 Gr7 are marked "Chevrolet" ? I recognize a M8 but which model exactly have you modded ? Same for all other cars.
Thanks in advance if you have the informations.

I've done the 4th Alpine A442 racing at Le Mans 1977:

I did a thing.
This is a collection of AI grids titled WC69-WC78, presenting a fictional championship that all these car classes take part in. Mostly an exercise in cramming as many cars under one AI filter tag without numbering conflicts, but there ended up being some manual curation. The S5.0 class is allowed to fizzle out on its own, and 1976 is the chaotic transition season where all four classes share the grid. After that it's just Group 6 and P3.0.
All seasons have their own AI talent file.

It's presented as patch 1.46C for the main mod:
WC70s.rfcmp (Link was bad, updated)

Spreadsheet detailing what's where
White: Car's original date.
Red: Car ported back from the next season.
Green: Car continuing from the previous season.
Blue: Car resurrected after a break.

Imgur gallery showing all the season grids lined up at Paul Ricard. (Except for '78 for some reason, but that's a one car difference)

Some notes on the mod I gathered while making this:
- The AI is very slow in general (but mainly the powerful cars), so a tuning pass is greatly desired. They also struggle not to do donuts instead of rejoining when they're on the grass.
- Pit groups have not been set. I also did not rectify this with this pack.
- Fuel estimates are also quite off with most cars, making them pit on their first fast lap in quali, which necessitates longer quali sessions.
- Onboard engine volume seems quite low in many cars. With my usual settings kerb noise sometimes overpowers the engine.

Seems an excellent start for someone to now give you a hand to push it through...

I've changed the above file to also include single-class grids for all classes (except Group 6 because I forgot...).
Two for each class: "early" and "late", the difference being what gets prioritized in numbering conflicts.
Also changed UnderSteerEffectOnLineMulti slightly, which may or may not have slightly improved their pace. At least they're less likely to drive off the road at some corner exits.

Aside from the Gr6 thing, that should be everything for anyone's ahistorical racing needs. Uninstall old version first since they have the same version number.
