One of the main things I remember was how much fuel they used. Fuel was alot cheaper than today but it burnt through it. I recall going away for a long weekend about 320 km drive, 80 litre tank. I used the tank driving there another tank driving around and a 3rd tank to drive back. BUt it was FUN

Oh my lord! Sorry with the late response... that is soo well made. I am so happy. (dont want to sound really rude) But you could hand over the rest of the car to finish the job (stickers, roll cage, etc)
ive done all the xa xb and xc skins for the Bathurst legends mod at TTRracing.com use those skins and it'll save yourself some time.
Thanks for your offer and I'll use what I can. My templates are different to yours. Progress has been slow lately as I have been really busy with work. As of this week things are starting to calm down and I'll have time to re-visit the project. I have also started the LX Torana.
