Excellent, looks promising. Really looking forward to this, a low powered rear wheel drive car should provide some really good close racing and easy for anyone to sort of "pick up and go" racing

I'm running a bit behind today. My real job doesn't understand rF2 priorities!!! I'm just finishing up a few skins for the beta release.

If its as good as your tracks, it'll be great. Thanks for your efforts.

Beta version .91 is in Twista's hands. He's reviewing the painting template and material mappings for skinning. If there's no nasty issues, I'll be releasing this version for testing. I'll use versions .91 - .99 to fix any issues and then release v1.00

Hopefully beta version .91 will be released tomorrow.

Awesome news. If your car-making skills are half as good as your track-making skills, this one is gonna be a doozy! I've been waiting for this car since I bought rF2, it was my favorite in iRacing, and will maybe be even better here.

Very interesting. Not a fan of japanese cars in general, but this is exactly the kind of RWD trackday car that we need for all the short layout/club type circuits we have. Thanks for filling this important gap!

I can wait - what else could I do? ;)
I like the rF1 Miata a lot, very sophisticated physics, if the rF2 version is based on that and enhanced to the standards, this will be a fantastic car. And like GCCRacer said, this is what rF2 needs, a small RWD car for some nice battles on track. FWD is just not the same ...

So, the question.. does it handle better than iRacing's dreadful Miata? If so I'm looking forward to this one.

It handles like my real miata - lot's of grip :)

I recommend the following FFB settings:
    G25/27:
Car Specific FFB MULT = 1.24
    FFB Smoothing = 4
    Steering torque minimum="0.08000"

    T500
Car Specific FFB MULT = 1.00
    FFB Smoothing = 0
    Steering torque minimum="0.03000"

It's all in the hands of Twista :) - if he's cool with the skinning process, then I'll post the link. We might have to add a few of his cool skins first though. My skins are pretty basic and lame, kinda like my driving skills :D
