Hello im currently trying to use the Ferrari 2011 mod, but what I want to do is change the exaggerated head physics in the mod for ISI style head physics. Ive opened the f430 (Ferrari mod) mas and extracted the headphysics ini. I then copied in the vette Gt (ISI) headphysics values into the 430 file. I copied back into the MAS then (deleting prev one first) then saved over the MAS. I then compiled a multi cmp, using the vehicle/sound mass for the f430, Then called it f430 mod. But in game I now CANT see the f430. What have I done wrong. Please anyone online that can help me as im at my pC now. cheers dan
You first have to compile a single cmp of type "Vehicle" containing this updated MAS file (and other Vehicle MAS files). Multi cmp is just referencing these other components (vehicle+sound+talent), you cannot add new MAS to Multi cmp directly without first updating Single cmp.
ok so I created the vehicle rfcmp, file on my desktop now what do I do please? do I do the sounds too? so now I have 2 rfcmp files on my desktop one set as sounds with those mas the other vehicles with those mass. Do I install seperatly or creat a multi mod? cheers
im baffled with this.. I can get the mod to use the ISI head physics but now I get no engine sound. I installed both veh/sfx rfcmp, then I created a multimod out of those..
a year ago, i tried the GT mod i thought the URD was better, i have both the EGT/DTM. but found the apex cars all over the place in regards to handling.
bit of an issue with brake light glow but you only notice that if your following. I prefer to be followed
i have the ASR f1 classic cars the williams is pretty cool.. are these considered good rf2 stabdard mods.. thats where i worry that these mods arent up to isi cars. I mean its hard to tell sometimes.
