I could be late to the party about this because maybe new UI design is already finalized but I find it much prettier and concise to have visible only those setup options that are applicable to chosen vehicle. I believe iRacing has that. Maybe even AC, can't remember. If setup option cannot be changed but is still relevant like fixed gearing data or fixed steering lock value etc. than in my opinion it is ok to include it but stuff like "empty" disabled values for cars that don't have those features are unnecessary. Example: TC and ABS in Advance setup tab for many cars that don't have those.
