Lol, these Reverse Racing video's seem to pop up everywhere.

These races were very popular in the Netherlands. I think @Marcel Offermans remember these too.
Some were at Valkenswaard (First part of the video). It's 15 min from my home. Good memory's as a kid.

For reverse racing they chose "DAF or VOLVO" because they had a variomatic gearbox. Basically no gears only forward and reverse.
and they drive as fast forwards as backwards.

 

LOL! Yes, it was the DAF that they used for it.
But:
I want the caravan-race as a mod! Might be a good challenge for the physics engine! lol

 

Volvo's too: They were the same cars. Just different brand.

I remember these too, as a kid i've been to the eurocircuit (valkenswaard) two times for these races I would definatly go there again if they would organise such thing again!!!

 

All Dutch gather yep confirmed I remember them too and also the epic commentary of andré van duin........me gras, me gras!!!
