When i got the news i felt very.....sick.
Why would another software announcing that they are expanding to multiple platforms mean anything?
So.... does this news really deserve it's on Thread in an rF2 forum?
As Tim says, good for them.
I think there's lots of other great topics we can discuss here besides pCars and AC... but that's just what I think.
No flies on them ............. p
Have a look at the list of topics, 3/4 of it is hardware, wishlists and issues..... all which have their own forums.
No wonder people make AC and pCars threads.
Yep, and people ask for more sub forums.
Coz to me AC is rF1 with UI and graphics enhancement. And it will be interesting to see how we gonna install mods in ps4. Amongst other thing.
Thinking of it, yeah...this thread dont deserve to be here.
What a coincidence. Did you eat something bad? Was it allergies? Fever? You should have yourself checked.
What's wrong with a different group of people (505) working to publish the game in a different platform?
Nothing wrong, long as PC development is not affected.
Cough codemasters cough
Imo AC did one thing very well (apart from graphics), that's how they implemented support for modding. There are some interesting solutions on modding both tracks and cars that are generally easier to get started with than rF2. Not that this would be any use for consoles.
That's a common misconception. AC is no substitute for rF1, since it's missing too many essential features and is also behind in the physics department.
505 ppl cant solve something basic within the game like (netcode?) and wanna move on doing something else??
505 Games is only a publisher, they are not a developer. Kunos has been working on a console port for a while now.
I predict in a not so far future rF2 will make a huge step in that direction. There is something very interesting in the pipeline (early beta testing).
i.e. - one click race join?
good for Kunos I wish them luck
Steam recently introduced a refund policy, I really wish I could get my early access down payment back from AC. Its a featurless void and does absolutely nothing for me. Good luck to em, competing against the established console racers, tbh I feel that's exactly where it belongs, certainly not on my hdd.
No, it's about modding and becoming independent from 3ds max (fbx file format).
I certainly think it's wise of Kunos to focus on its direct competition on the consoles. AC will fit much better with the console players I think, if the AI and immense lack of completed features gets sorted.
