I think all the work with updating the UI
was all the code behind i
What you see is just the present surface skin

Now modders can do as they wish & hopefully new features & changes are possible too
As well as a complete new skin so can look completely different again if required

Ok, thats possible as I have tripples. Thanks for suggestions. Would you please be so kind and let me know how to run config tool in new ui? Also if i go to setting-graphics there is still Monitor#1 in video driver setting and there is no way to change it for my gfx card.
 
the video settings appeared to be the same from previous version. You can run the tool near the very start of booting. From Steam press play. Then you should see a small box asking to run rF2 or config tool.

Yeah I am sorry, I completely forgot about it being too exstatic to try the holy grail of sim racing that the community has been making jokes about for last couple years I am sure all the bugs will get sorted shortly and I already appreciate the new layout in the menus. Why is rF2 looking for favorite servers all the time when I just want to race off line ? After each change I make it goes looking again and it takes time, plenty of time ...
Is there a setting that disables this ?
Otherwise no gripes here, looks clean, takes some time to get used to, very crisp, I like it (bar that point above).
