Simple Lap Time Plugin

Hi guys

Before I embark on developing a plugin, I was wondering if there was already one which simply outputs the last lap into a csv (or txt, xml, etc.)?

Ideally I would like it to update with every completed lap so it's a living file until the driver escapes to garage. Any new driving session will create a new file.
